Buddy’s Window Washing. We’re based in Freeport and clean windows and pressure wash homes, vacation rentals and businesses across Walton County, from Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach and 30A to DeFuniak Springs.

South Walton’s beach towns face the Gulf and the rare coastal dune lakes around Topsail Hill and Grayton Beach, and homes along 30A are built around big glass, so salt film and sand grit show fast. North of Choctawhatchee Bay, around Freeport and DeFuniak Springs, pollen and summer storm spotting are the bigger problem.

Rentals and second homes along 30A, with cleanings fit around your turnover days. Many South Walton communities have HOA exterior rules, so check yours before booking.
Yes. We clean windows and pressure wash along 30A, including Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seagrove Beach, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach, plus Santa Rosa Beach and Miramar Beach. Call (850) 320-7122 to check your address.
Salt mist from the Gulf and the sea breeze carry fine salt particles inland. They settle on glass and mix with dust and blowing sand, forming a thin film that makes windows look cloudy. The side of a house facing the water often shows it most. Without regular cleaning, the film builds up over time. Exterior window cleaning removes it and keeps views clear.
