Pressure washing or soft washing: which one do I need?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to lift heavy grime off hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses much lower pressure, so it’s the safer choice for surfaces a pressure washer could scratch or etch. Many properties need both, and we’ll tell you which fits each area.

The right method for every surface
We don’t blast every job at full pressure. Hard surfaces with heavy buildup get pressure washed. Surfaces that high pressure could damage get soft washed at much lower pressure. Most properties get a mix of both.
